Zotide 750mcg Injection contains the active ingredient in the form of Teriparatide. Zotide 750mcg injection is an artificial version of the PTH, a hormone that parathyroids (PTH) make by parathyroid glands, and is used to treat osteoporosis. Patients who are suffering from an allergy or hypersensitivity to Zotide 750mcg Injection or one of the components should not take this drug. It is not recommended for people who have any history of skeletal malignancies like osteosarcoma or patients suffering from bone metastases. If the patient has undergone previous radiation therapy that involved the skeleton, treatment is not recommended due to the risk of osteosarcoma growth.
