Don’t use Biotrexate 50mg injection if you suffer from an allergic reaction to Methotrexate or any other ingredient of this drug. Avoid taking this medicine in the event of liver or kidney problems, blood disorders, a weak immune system, pregnancy, or nursing. Contact your physician immediately when you notice any signs of coughing up and spitting blood, general weakness of muscles and vision impairment, or changes in your thinking, memory, and orientation issues. This medication may affect fertility. Do not become pregnant during treatment and for six weeks following the last dose.
