Velvetrol CT Tablet is a medication that belongs to a group called nutritional supplements. It is primarily used for treating nutritional deficiencies. Calcium is essential for bone health. It treats and prevents a calcium deficit and can be administered for certain bone conditions like osteoporosis. Calcitriol, a synthetic vitamin D3 derivative, treats metabolic bone disease and calcium deficiency.
Velvetrol CT tablet may cause constipation and stomach upset. It can also cause headaches, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, weakness, a fast heartbeat, mood changes, and loss of appetite. Tell your doctor if you suffer from kidney stones, hypervitaminosis (high vitamin-D levels), hypercalcemia, malabsorption syndrome, or heart, liver, or kidney disease before starting treatment.
