ZOLFRAC 5MG INJECTION

Zolfrac 5mg Injection is made up of the active ingredient Zoledronic Acid. It belongs to the category of substances known as bisphosphonates. It’s used to decrease the amount of calcium in the blood of patients with too high calcium due to tumors. Tumors can speed up normal bone morphology to the point in which calcium release from bone increases. This is known as tumor-induced high calcium (TIH). It can also be used to reduce bone problems in adults with bone metastases caused by cancerous solid tumors (spread by cancer cells from their original site into the bones) in addition to conventional cancer treatment.
Zolfrac 5mg Injection is used to treat or prevent osteoporosis (a disease in which bones weaken and thin and easily break) for women who have experienced menopausal change. It can also be utilized to prevent osteoporosis in males. It’s used to treat Paget’s disease of the bone (a condition where the bones are weak and soft and are susceptible to deformation and pain or fracture). Other applications include treating or preventing osteoporosis for women and men who are who are taking glucocorticoids (a corticosteroid medicine that can lead to osteoporosis).
Don’t take this medicine if you’re allergic to zoledronic acids, another bisphosphonate, or any other ingredient in this medicine, and also when you are pregnant or nursing. Before starting treatment, tell your doctor whether you suffer from liver or kidney problems, bone conditions, swelling, pain, or a numb jaw. The medicine is not suitable for use by adolescents and children younger than 18 years old. Zolfrac 5mg Injection isn’t chemotherapy for cancer and cannot slow down or stop the growth of cancer. It can, however, be used to treat bone disorders in cancer patients.
