Adalirel 20mg injection is an active component known as Adalimumab. This is an antirheumatic medication that belongs to the class of medications known by the name of TNF (tumor necrosis factor) inhibitors. It is utilized with other medications to ease the symptoms associated with conditions caused by the immune system. It is used to treat Rheumatoid arthritis (a condition in which joints are attacked by the body and results in pain, swelling, and loss of function) along with the polyarticular form of juvenile Idiopathic arthritis (a condition that is common in children, where the body attacks joints causing pain, swelling and a loss of functionality and slowed growth and development).
It can also be used in the treatment of arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (a disease in which the body attacks bones in the spine, as well as other joints that cause damage), and axial which is not the radiographic evidence of ankylosing. Psoriatic arthritis (a condition that creates joint pain as well as swelling and scales all across your entire body) plaque psoriasis, also known as hidradenitis suppurative (a type of skin disease that results in bumps that resemble pimples areas such as the armpits, the groin as well as in the anal area) Crohn’s ulcerative colitis (a condition that causes ulcers, swelling and inflammation of the lining of your colon (large colon)) and the rectum) and non-infectious Uveitis (swelling and irritation of different eye locations).
