Tacrolimus suppresses the immune system’s response by inhibiting the activity of calcineurin, allowing the body to accept the transplanted organ and preventing rejection. Before taking Pangraf 2mg Capsule, inform your doctor if you have any allergies, particularly to Tacrolimus or any other ingredients in this medicine. Also, let your physician know if you have a liver or heart disease history. If you experience any unusual symptoms after taking this medicine, such as fever, bruising under the skin, fatigue, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision loss, or seizures, contact your doctor immediately. When taking Pangraf 2mg Capsule, minimize exposure to sunlight and UV radiation by wearing suitable protective attire and applying sunscreen with a high SPF.
