AMIGRAF 0.5MG CAPSULE

Amigraf, 0.5mg Capsules, contains the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an anti-inflammatory drug in medicines called Calcineurin inhibitors. The capsule is taken along with other medicines to stop the rejection of organ transplants for those who are receiving kidney, liver, or heart transplants. It also helps manage your body’s immune system and allows your body to take in the newly transplanted organ.
Don’t take this Amigraf 0.5mg Capsule if you suffer from an allergic reaction to Tacrolimus or one of the other ingredients in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotic class. Inform your doctor if you suffer from a heart or liver condition before starting the treatment. Inform your doctor immediately when you experience an increase in temperature, swelling under the skin (which can be seen as red spots), or if you experience unanswered tiredness, confusion or discoloration of the skin or eyes, decreased output of urine as well as loss of vision and seizures following the use of the medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light while taking Amigraf 0.5mg Capsule. Do this by wearing protective clothing and sunscreens with adequate sun protection. This is due to the risk of skin cancers that are malignant when you undergo treatment for immunosuppression. This medication can cause diarrhea. Inform your physician if you suffer from diarrhea for more than a day. If you require any vaccinations, consult your physician before taking the shots.
