Pangraf 0.1% Ointment has the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an immunosuppressant and is part of the group of medicines known as calcineurin inhibitors. It is prescribed for treating moderate to severe Atopic dermatology (eczema) for adults who cannot take other drugs to treat their condition or are not responding to other treatments. It stops your immune system from generating substances that can cause eczema.
Do not use this Pangraf 0.1 % Ointment if you suffer from an allergic reaction to Tacrolimus or any other ingredients in this remedy. Contact your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotic class. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from or have had a liver problem, skin issues, cancer, or a weak immune system. Contact your physician right away in the event of an illness that causes fever, swelling under the skin (which can look like a red dot), or if you experience unresolved fatigue or confusion, swelling of the skin, eyes, decreased urine output as well as loss of vision and seizures following the use of this medication.
