Rengraf, 1mg Capsule, contains Tacrolimus, a potent immunosuppressant in the calcineurin inhibitors class of medications. It is combined with other medicines to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs, such as liver, kidney, heart, or other transplants. It modulates the body’s immune response, allowing it to accept the transplanted organ. Before taking Rengraf 1mg Capsule, inform your doctor if you have any allergies, particularly to Tacrolimus or any other ingredients in this medication. Also, let your physician know if you have a liver or heart disease history. If you experience any unusual symptoms after taking this medicine, such as fever, bruising, fatigue, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision loss, or seizures, contact your doctor immediately. When taking Rengraf 1mg Capsule, you must protect yourself from sunlight and UV radiation by wearing suitable clothing and applying sunscreen with a high SPF. This is due to the possible risk of skin cancer associated with immunosuppressive therapy. Additionally, this medication may cause diarrhea, so inform your doctor if it persists for more than a day. If you need to receive any vaccinations, it is recommended to consult your doctor beforehand.
