Materna FSH 75IU injection contains the active ingredient Urofollitropin. Urofollitropin is an ovulation-stimulating agent and is part of a class of medicines known as gonadotropins. This medication is utilized to address infertility among women who have not been able to ovulate and have polycystic ovarian disorder and those who have not had a response to treatment with a medication known as clomiphene. It can also be used to treat multiple follicles, and, as a result, it is a way to increase fertility for women who undergo IVF (in-vitro fertilization) or other forms of assisted conception. It is also used to treat male infertility because of a low sperm count.
Don’t take Materna FSH 75IU injections or other medication components if you are allergic to them. Don’t take this medication if there is an abnormal pituitary gland (a gland that is located at the brain’s base that produces certain hormones, such as growth hormones) or in the hypothalamus (an area that is located beneath the brain’s surface known as the thalamus that regulates the body’s conditions such as body temperature and blood pressure) or in the uterus, ovaries testicles, breasts, and the prostate gland. Before you begin treatment, you’ll be examined for thyroid underactivity issues, hormone levels, and tumors in the hypothalamus and pituitary glands.
Do not take this medication if you suffer from Ovarian cysts that aren’t caused by PCOD vaginal bleeding and menopausal early menopausal issues with your reproductive organs if your womb was removed or if you are breastfeeding or pregnant. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of these signs, like abdominal pain, swelling or diarrhea, weight gain and breathing difficulties, and a decrease in urination.
