Adfrar 20mg injection contains an active component called Adalimumab. It is a drug that fights rheumatic diseases and belongs to the category of drugs known as TNF (tumor necrosis factor) inhibitors. It is combined with other medicines to treat the symptoms associated with auto-immune conditions. It can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (a condition where the body attacks joints, which causes pain, swelling, and loss of functionality) and polyarticular juvenile Idiopathic arthritis (a condition that affects children where the body attacks the joints of its own and causes pain, swelling, and impairment of function and slowing development and growth).
It can also be used for treating related arthritis and ankylosing Spondylitis (a disease in which the body attacks joint joints in the spinal spine and other regions that cause joint damage). Axial with no radiographic evidence of ankylosing Spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis (a condition that causes joint pain as well as scaling and swelling in the face) plaque psoriasis the hidradenitis suppurativa (a skin disease that results in bumps that resemble pimples on areas like the armpits and groin and the anal region) Crohn’s disease ulcerative colitis (a condition that causes sores and swelling in the colon’s lining (large intestine) and rectum) and non-infectious Uveitis (swelling and inflammation in various parts in the eye).
Don’t use Adfrar 20mg injection if you are allergic to Adalimumab or any other ingredient in this medication. Don’t take this medication in case you are suffering from active tuberculosis or any other serious infections. Avoid taking this medicine in the event of severe or moderate heart failure. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any active infection before beginning the treatment. Inform your doctor that you have lung problems, heart disease, and kidney or liver problems before beginning treatment.
