Admira, 40mg injection, is a product that contains the active ingredient . This antirheumatic medication is part of the class of medicines known as TNF (tumor necrosis factor) inhibitors. It can be used by itself or other medicines to treat the symptoms associated with auto-immune diseases. It can be used to treat the condition of rheumatoid arthritis (a disease in which the body attacks joints and causes swelling, pain, and loss of function), Polyarticular juvenile Idiopathic arthritis (a condition that affects children where the body attacks the joints of its own, which causes swelling, pain loss of function and slowing development and growth).
It is also used to treat arthritis , ankylosing spondylitis (a disease in which the body attacks bones of the spine and other regions that cause joint damage). Axial with no radiographic evidence of ankylosing spondylitis Psoriatic arthritis (a condition which causes joint pain and scaling and swelling of the skin) plaque psoriasis the hidradenitis suppurativa (a skin condition that can cause bumps that resemble pimples on the groin, armpits and in the anal area) Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis (a condition that causes sores and swelling in the colon’s lining, which includes the large intestinal tract] and rectum) and non-infectious Uveitis (swelling and inflammation in various parts within the eyes).
Don’t use Admira 40mg Injection if you are allergic to Adalimumab or any other ingredients in this medication. Don’t take this medication when you are suffering from active tuberculosis or other severe infections. Don’t take this medication when you suffer from severe or moderate heart problems. Inform your physician if you have an active infection before commencing the treatment. Discuss with your physician whether you suffer from lung issues, heart disease, and kidney or liver problems before beginning treatment.
