ADVAGRAF 0.5MG CAPSULE, an immunosuppressant within the calcineurin inhibitor class, is present in ADVAGRAF 0.5MG CAPSULE . Along with other medicines, it helps prevent the rejection of transplanted organs, such as liver, kidney, heart, and others. It modulates the body’s immune system, allowing it to accept the new organ. If you have an allergy to tacrolimus or any other component of this medication, do not take this ADVAGRAF 0.5MG CAPSULE . Moreover, inform your doctor if you are allergic to another antibiotic. Before starting treatment, let your doctor know if you have ever had liver or heart disease. Immediately call your doctor if you experience fever, subcutaneous bruising (which may look like red dots), unexplained fatigue, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision loss, or seizures after using this medication. When taking  ADVAGRAF 0.5MG CAPSULE , minimize exposure to direct sunlight and UV radiation by wearing suitable protective attire and applying sunscreen with a high SPF. This is due to the possible risk of skin cancer associated with immunosuppressive treatment. Additionally, this medication may cause diarrhea; notify your doctor if it persists for more than 24 hours. Before receiving any immunizations, it is recommended that you consult with your physician.
