Eposis 4000IU injection shouldn’t be administered to patients suffering from excessive hypertension or one of the components thereof: active thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA), Pure red cell cancer (PRCA), uncontrolled seizures, and pregnancy or lactation. It is not recommended to use in children under 18 in cases where the benefits are greater than the risks. Older patients should be monitored closely for any adverse effects.
