Exnib OD tablet is a source of the active ingredient Tofacitinib. This is an anti-disease anti-rheumatoid medication (DMARD) that belongs to the class of immunomodulators. It can be used by itself or in combination with other drugs to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis (A disease in which the body attacks joints, which causes pain and swelling in addition to loss of functioning) for patients who cannot use or are not responding to other medicines. It can also be utilized to manage psoriatic arthritis (A condition that causes joint pain and swelling and that appears over the body). It can also be used to treat adult patients suffering from moderately or severely active ulcerative colitis.
Other applications of Exnib OD tablet include ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory condition of the spine). It can also be used to treat polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, which is a chronic disease that causes swelling and pain in joints for patients who are two years old and older. The drug works by reducing the function of the body’s immune system. Tell your doctor if you are suffering from a severe tuberculosis infection, a blood clot, or liver issues. Inform your physician if you were ever diagnosed with or had a chronic hepatitis B infection since this medication may trigger hepatitis B to return.
Don’t take Exnib OD tablet if allergic to tofacitinib or any other components of this medicine. Contact your doctor for any signs of an infection, including sweating, fever, chills, muscle aches and cough, breathlessness skin, pain, difficulty swallowing, diamond rhea, or stomach discomfort. Before starting treatment, let your physician know that you suffer from kidney or heart, lung or liver issues, a diagnosis of tuberculosis, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. You should also inform your physician whether you are a current or previous smoker.
