GRAFTIDE S 360MG TABLET

Graftide S 360 mg tablet is an immunosuppressant with an active ingredient known as Mycophenolate sodium. It falls under the inosine-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) inhibitor class. It is prescribed to avoid rejection of organs in people who have received the organs of a donor (such as heart, kidney, liver, or kidney transplantation). It is usually prescribed with a treatment incorporating other immunosuppressive medications.
This medication is not recommended during pregnancy because of the possibility of miscarriage and congenital disabilities. It is not recommended for pregnant women unless there are no other suitable alternatives and the possible benefits outweigh any risks. Women with reproductive potential should be advised to utilize effective contraception when taking this tablet to avoid the possibility of pregnancy. Live vaccines shouldn’t be administered while a patient takes a Graftide S 360 mg tablet due to the vaccine’s decreased effectiveness and the case of contracting infection. People taking this drug are not allowed to donate blood during treatment and, at minimum, six weeks after having stopped treatment. This ensures that the drug has been completely removed from the body before giving blood.
It is usually advised not to take this drug when allergic to it or other components. Inform your physician if you suffer from heart or liver problems before starting the treatment. Because this drug weakens the body’s immune system, it could increase the risk of developing skin cancer. People should reduce their exposure to the sun and the ultraviolet (UV) ultraviolet (UV) light. Contact your physician right away in the event of swelling of the skin or the form of fever or any other undiagnosed fatigue, dizziness, or discolouration of the skin, eyes or eyes, vision impairment, a decrease in urine output, or seizures following this medication. Graftide S 360mg tablet is an anti-inflammatory medication. It can affect a baby’s growing immune system and must be avoided during breastfeeding.
