Keygraf 1mg Capsule is a source of the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an immunosuppressant and is part of a class of drugs known as calcineurin inhibitors. This capsule is utilized in conjunction with other medications to prevent rejection of organ transplants for those receiving kidney, liver or heart transplants. It also helps manage your body’s immune system and allows your body to take in the newly transplanted organ.
Do not take Keygraf 1mg Capsule if you suffer from an allergic reaction to Tacrolimus or other ingredients in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are opposed to any antibiotics. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from or have had a heart or liver disease before beginning treatment. Contact your doctor immediately when you experience increased temperature, swelling under the skin (which could look like red dots) and unresolved tiredness. Confusion or discolouration of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, loss of vision, and seizures while taking the medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light when you consume Keygraf 1mg Capsule. You can wear protective gear and sunscreen with an influential sun protection factor. This is due to the possibility of developing malignant skin conditions as a result of treatment for immunosuppression. This medication can cause diarrhoea. Inform your doctor if you suffer from diarrhoea that lasts more than a few days. If you require any vaccinations, consult your doctor before taking the shots.
