LAMINO 10% PLUS INJECTION

Lamino 10 % cent plus injection combines active ingredients known as Amino acid injections 10% W/V containing electrolytes. This medicine provides essential amino acids and electrolytes for those unable to digest food or eat normally. It is used in various conditions, including malnutrition, short bowel syndrome( intestinal disorder causing malabsorption and diarrhoea), pancreatitis(pancreas inflammation with abdominal pain), cancer, kidney disease, liver disease, critical illness, burns, and pre-and-surgical nutrition.
Amino acid injections in the amount of 10 per cent w/v electrolytes are not recommended for patients who are hypersensitive to any component of the drug. This drug should not be used when there is metabolic acidosis, severe renal impairment with or without hemofiltration therapy, advanced liver impairment, shock, fluid overload hypoxia, shock, and decompensated failure of the heart. It is recommended to use it with caution for patients suffering from kidney insufficiency, pulmonary diseases, cardiac insufficiency, and metabolic disorders that cause diminished nitrogen utilization. It is essential to scrutinize the kidney and heart functions in children and older adults with Lamino 10 per cent with injection.
