Menactra 0.5ml Injection

Menactra 0.5ml Injection contains the Neisseria meningitidis group A C, Y, W – 135, and diphtheria toxoid proteins. It’s intended to stop meningococcal infections caused by Neisseria meningitidis group. The vaccine cannot prevent meningitis caused by different types of N.meningitidis.

Meningococcal disease can affect the spinal cord, brain, or blood. People aged between 11 and 55 should get this vaccine. Ask your physician about booster doses if you reside in an at-risk area. Talk to your doctor before taking this vaccine if you’ve already been identified with the disease known as Guillain-Barre syndrome.
