The use of this drug is not recommended during pregnancy due to the possibility of miscarriage and congenital disabilities. Live vaccines shouldn’t be administered when a patient takes a Mofilet S 180 mg tablet because of the decreased vaccine efficacy and the case of contracting infection. Patients taking this medication must not give blood during treatment, and at least six weeks after stopping treatment. This ensures that the drug has been completely removed from the body before giving blood.
It is recommended not to take this drug when allergic to the medication or other ingredients. Inform your physician if you suffer from heart or liver problems before starting the treatment. Since this medication weakens the body’s immune defenses, it could increase the risk of developing skin cancer. People should reduce their exposure to sun or UV (UV) radiation. Consult your physician immediately in the event of bruising on the skin, fever, unprovoked dizziness, fatigue, eyes, or skin.
