It is usually prescribed as a part of a combination treatment, including other immunosuppressive medicines.
This medication is not recommended during pregnancy due to the possibility of miscarriage and congenital disabilities. Women who are prone to conceive are strongly advised to utilize the most effective contraception when taking this tablet to avoid the possibility of pregnancy. Live vaccines shouldn’t be administered while a patient takes the Mycograft 180 mg tablet due to the decreased effectiveness of the vaccine and increased risk of contracting an infection. Patients taking this medication must not give blood during treatment and, at minimum, six weeks after having stopped treatment. This ensures that the drug is eliminated from the body before blood donation.

Inform your physician if you suffer from heart or liver disease before starting the treatment. Contact your doctor immediately when you experience surface swelling, fever, or other unidentified fatigue, dizziness, eyes, or skin. Eyes or eyes, vision impairment, decreased urine output, or seizures after taking this medication. Mycograft 180 mg tablet is an immunosuppressive drug.
