Mycograft 360 mg tablet is an anti-inflammatory medication with an active ingredient named Mycophenolate sodium. It is part of the inosine-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) inhibitor class. The medicine is prescribed to avoid rejection of organs in patients who have had the organs of a donor (such as heart, kidney, and liver transplantation). It is usually prescribed as a part of a treatment combination that includes other immunosuppressive medicines.
The use of this drug is not recommended during pregnancy because of the risk of miscarriage and congenital disabilities. It is not recommended during pregnancy unless there are other alternatives and the advantages outweigh the risks. Females with a reproductive capacity should be advised to utilize the most effective contraception available while using this tablet to prevent the possibility of pregnancy. Live vaccines shouldn’t be administered while a patient takes the pill Mycograft 360mg tablet due to the lower effectiveness of the vaccine as well as the risk of getting infected. People taking this medication are not allowed to donate blood during treatment and at minimum six weeks after stopping treatment. This ensures that the drug has been completely removed from the body before giving blood.
It is recommended not to use this medication when allergic to the drug or other components. Inform your physician if you suffer from heart or liver problems before beginning treatment. Since this medication weakens the body’s immune defenses, it could increase the risk of developing skin cancer. People should reduce their exposure to the sun and the ultraviolet (UV) ultraviolet (UV) light. Consult your physician immediately in case of bruising on your skin or the face, fever or any other unidentified fatigue, dizziness or aye, skin eyes or eyes, vision impairment, decreased urine output, or seizures after taking this medication. Mycograft 360mg tablet is an immune-suppressive medication. It can affect the infant’s growing immune system and must be avoided during breastfeeding.
