Pangraf 0.03 % Ointment is a of the active ingredient Tacrolimus. Tacrolimus is an anti-inflammatory and is part of the class of calcineurin inhibitors. It is prescribed to treat severe to moderate Atopic skin rashes (eczema) for adults who cannot take other treatments for their condition or are not responding to other treatments. It stops the immune system by preventing it from generating substances that could create eczema.
Do not use this Pangraf 0.03 % Ointment if you suffer from an allergic reaction to Tacrolimus or one other ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotic class. Inform your doctor if you suffer from liver problems, skin issues, skin cancer, or compromised immune system. Inform your doctor immediately when you experience swelling, fever, or bruising on the skin (which can be seen as red spots), unanswered fatigue, confusion, or discoloration of the skin or eyes, decreased production of urine, decreased vision, as well as seizures following taking this medication.
Limit exposure to UV and sunlight light while taking Pangraf 0.03 % Ointment with a percentage of appropriate clothing that protects you from UV light and sunscreens with an influential sun protection factor. This is due to the risk of developing malignant skin conditions due to immunosuppressive treatment. Avoid applying this lotion to areas affected by infection for lesions with a disease. If you notice any changes in the skin’s appearance, you should consult your doctor immediately. The medicine is not affixed to children younger than 16 years old.
