PANGRAF 0.25MG CAPSULE

Pangraf 0.25mg Capsules contain the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an anti-inflammatory drug in medicines known as Calcineurin inhibitors. This capsule is used with other medicines to stop the rejection of organ transplants in patients receiving kidney, liver, heart, liver, or other transplants. It can also regulate your body’s immune response, allowing it to take in the newly transplanted organ.
Don’t take this Pangraf 0.25mg Capsule if you are allergic to Tacrolimus or one other ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotic class. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from or have had a heart or liver disease before beginning treatment. Contact your doctor immediately when you experience increased temperature, swelling under the skin (which could look like red dots) and unresolved tiredness. Confusion and discolouration of the skin or eyes, a decrease in the amount of urine produced, loss of vision, and seizures after taking this medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light while taking Pangraf 0.25mg Capsule by wearing protective clothing and sunscreens with an influential sun protection factor. This is due to the possibility of developing malignant skin conditions as a result of treatment for immunosuppression. This medication can cause diarrhoea. Inform your doctor if you experience diarrhoea that lasts more than a few days. If you require any vaccinations, make sure you consult your physician before taking the vaccines.
