PANGRAF 0.5MG CAPSULE

Pangraf 0.5mg Capsules contain the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an immunosuppressant and is part of a class of drugs called Calcineurin inhibitors. The capsule is taken along with other drugs to prevent rejection of organ transplants for those who have kidney, liver, heart, liver, or other transplants. It can also regulate your body’s immune response, allowing you to receive the newly transplanted organ.
Do not use the Pangraf 0.5mg Capsule if you are allergic to Tacrolimus or one other ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are intolerant to any antibiotic group. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from or have had a heart or liver condition before beginning treatment. Contact your physician right away when you experience swelling, fever, or bruising on the skin (which could look like red dots) or if you experience unanswered tiredness, confusion or discolouration of the skin or eyes, reduced output of urine as well as loss of vision and seizures following the use of the medication.
Limit exposure to UV and sunlight light while taking Pangraf 0.5mg Capsule. Wear protective clothing and sunscreens with adequate UV protection. This is due to the risk of developing malignant skin conditions due to treatment for immunosuppression. This medication can cause diarrhoea. Tell your physician if you suffer from diarrhoea that lasts more than a day. If you require any vaccinations, consult your physician before receiving them.
