Pangraf, 1mg Capsule, is a source of the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an immunosuppressant and belongs to the category of drugs known as Calcineurin inhibitors. This capsule is utilized in conjunction with other medications to prevent rejection of organ transplants for those who have kidney, liver, or heart transplants. It can also manage your body’s immune system, allowing it to take in the newly transplanted organ.
Do not take this Pangraf 1mg Capsule if you are allergic to Tacrolimus or other ingredients in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are intolerant to any antibiotic group. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from or have had a heart or liver condition before starting the treatment. Inform your doctor immediately when you experience swelling, fever, or bruising on the skin (which can look like red dots) and unresolved tiredness. Confusion or discoloration of the skin or eyes, a decrease in the amount of urine produced, loss of vision, and seizures following the medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light when taking Pangraf 1mg Capsule. Do this by wearing protective clothing and sunscreens with the highest sun protection. This is due to the possibility of skin cancers that are malignant when you undergo treatment for immunosuppression. The medicine can cause diarrhea. Inform your doctor if you suffer from diarrhea for more than a day. If you are required to get any vaccines, you must consult your doctor before taking the vaccines.
