Premarin Vaginal Cream 14g, a hormone replacement therapy that has the active ingredient Conjugate estrogen. It is the female sex hormone, which is part of the estrogen family of hormones. It is used to treat symptoms of menopause within Vagina and surrounding areas (such as dryness, itching burning, pain, and itching). It is also used to treat painful sexual intercourse triggered by menopausal changes to the Vagina.
Do not use Premarin Vaginal 14gm Cream if you are intolerant to Conjugate Estrogen as well as any other components. Do not begin using this medication if you have abnormal vaginal bleeding or a history of cancers, such as uterine or breast cancers or have suffered heart attacks or strokes or have blood clots, have liver issues, or have bleeding disorders that have been identified. Talk to your doctor if you’ve ever been diagnosed with cancer before considering the use of this drug. If you suspect that you are pregnant, do not use the cream.
Inform your doctor of any abnormal vaginal bleeding because postmenopausal vaginal bleeding can suggest the possibility of uterine cancer. Discuss your entire medical history, including issues like epilepsy, asthma, migraine, diabetes, endometriosis, lupus thyroid, liver kidney problems, or high serum calcium levels. Inform all your doctors about any medications, including prescriptions, non-prescriptions herbal supplements, and vitamins, because the interaction between premarin Vaginal 14gm Cream could occur. If you’re considering treatment or rest, speak with your doctor, and if you are breastfeeding, remember that the hormones found in the cream can be transferred into the breast milk. Be sure to inform your doctor about any gallbladder disease threat since estrogens may increase this risk. Discontinue estrogen use if severe hypercalcemia, vision loss, extreme hypertriglyceridemia, or cholestatic jaundice arises. If you are a woman on the thyroid substitute therapy, be sure to examine the thyroid function.
