Monitoring renal function closely is recommended for patients with moderate renal function impairment.
Rozel 60 mg Injection shouldn’t be used by people who have a history of hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to the components. A proper vitamin D and calcium supplementation is necessary to maintain the treatment. It is not a product approved for use by children or adolescents. The safety and effectiveness of the medication in children have not been proven. Therefore, it is not recommended for those under 18 years old. This medication should be taken carefully in patients with pre-existing hypoparathyroidism characterized by low levels of parathyroid hormone.
