T-Jaki 10 mg  tablets It is an anti-rheumatoid DMARD of the immunomodulator class. It can be used with or without other medications to treat adults with rheumatoid (A disease in which the body attacks joints, causing swelling, pain and loss of functionality). The drug is also used for psoriatic arthritic (a condition that causes swelling and pain in the joints and scales on your skin). The drug is also used to treat adult patients with moderately active ulcerative colitis.
T-Jaki 10 mg  tablets also treat ankylosing spine (inflammatory disease). The medicine is also used for active polyarticular juvenile arthritis. This long-term condition causes swelling and pain in the joints. The medication works by decreasing immune system activity. Tell your doctor if you suffer from severe blood infections, active tuberculosis or liver problems. Tell your doctor if you have or have hepatitis B. This medicine can cause hepatitis B symptoms to return.
T-Jaki 10 mg tablets  should not be taken if you are allergic to tofacitinib or any other ingredients in this medication. Tell your doctor if you experience any signs of infection, such as fever or sweating, and if you are experiencing muscle pain, aches or a cough. Inform your doctor if you suffer from kidney, heart or lung problems or have a history of tuberculosis or, high blood pressure or cholesterol.
