T-Jaki 11XR tablet is a source of the active ingredient Tofacitinib. This is an anti-disease anti-rheumatoid medication (DMARD) that belongs to the class of immunomodulators. It can be used by itself or in combination with other medicines to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis (A disease in which the body attacks joints and joints, causing swelling and pain in addition to loss of functioning) for patients who are unable to use or are not responding to other medicines. It is also recommended for adult patients with moderately active to severe ulcerative colitis.
Another use for the T-Jaki 11XR tablet is ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory spinal disease). It can also be used to treat polyarticular juvenile arthritis, which is a chronic disease that causes swelling and pain in joints for patients who are two years old or older. The drug works by reducing the function of the body’s immune system. Inform your doctor if you suffer from a severe tuberculosis infection, active blood infections, or liver issues. Be sure to inform your doctor if you have ever suffered from or had a chronic hepatitis B infection, as this medication may trigger hepatitis B to reactivate.
Do not take the T-Jaki 11 XR tablet if you are sensitive to tofacitinib or any other ingredient of this medication. Tell your doctor when you experience any signs of infection, including chills, sweating, fever muscle pains co, laughing ruthlessness difficulty swallowing, diarrhea, or stomach discomfort. Before beginning treatment, let your doctor know that you suffer from kidney or heart, lung, or liver problems, as well as a diagnosis of tuberculosis, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.
