T-SCORE KIT TABLET 28’S contains an active ingredient known as Alendronic Acid and Vitamin D3 (vitamin D3). It can also treat specific bone diseases, such as osteoporosis (thinning of bones) for men and postmenopausal women. Alendronic Acid inhibits bone resorption by targeting osteoclasts, the cells that break the bone. It bonds to hydroxyapatite crystals inside the bone, slowing its dissolution and preventing bone loss. Vitamin D3 assists in calcium absorption and is crucial for bone strength and mineralization. Together, they help keep bone density in check and decrease the risk of fractures among people with osteoporosis.
Do not take T-SCORE KIT TABLET 28’S if intolerant to alendronic acid, vitamin D3, or any of their constituents. Do not consume this medication if you have high amounts of vitamin D ( (hypervitaminosis D) and calcium (hypercalcemia) or excessive levels of calcium in your urine (hypercalciuria) within your blood. Also, kidney stones or suffer from severe kidney issues. Consult your medical professional if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or believe you’re already nursing. While breastfeeding and during pregnancy, taking advice from your physician before taking this medication is crucial. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended to be taken without the supervision of your doctor since it could cause harm to the baby.
