Tacrograf 2mg Capsule contains Tacrolimus, a potent immunosuppressant in the calcineurin inhibitor class. This medication is used in conjunction with other drugs to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs, such as liver, kidney, heart, or other types. Tacrograf 2mg Capsule also helps regulate the body’s immune response, enabling it to accept the transplanted organ and promote successful transplantation outcomes. If you are allergic to Tacrolimus or any other component of this medication, do not take Tacrograf 2mg Capsule. Also, inform your doctor if you have a history of allergies to any antibiotic. Before starting treatment, let your doctor know if you have had liver or heart disease. Immediately alert your doctor if you experience fever, bruising under the skin (which may look like red dots), unexplained tiredness, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision loss, or seizures after taking this medication. When taking Tacrograf 2mg Capsule, minimize exposure to direct sunlight and UV radiation by wearing suitable protective attire and applying sunscreen with a high SPF. This is due to the possible risk of skin cancer associated with immunosuppressive therapy. Additionally, this medication may cause diarrhea, so notify your doctor if it persists for more than 24 hours. Before receiving any vaccinations, discuss them with your physician.
