Tacroren 0.25mg Capsules contain the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an anti-inflammatory drug that belongs to a class of calcineurin inhibitors. The capsule is taken along with other medicines to stop rejection of organ transplants in patients who have kidney, liver, or heart transplants. It can also manage your body’s immune system, allowing you to receive the newly transplanted organ.
Do not take Tacroren 0.25mg capsule if you have an allergy to tacrolimus or one component found in this medication. Tell your doctor if you have an allergy to any antibiotics. Inform your physician if you suffer from or have any heart or liver disease before starting treatment. Contact your physician immediately if you notice swelling, fever, or bruising on the skin (which can be seen as red spots) or if you experience unanswered tiredness, confusion, discoloration of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision loss, and seizures while taking this medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light when you consume Tacroren 0.25mg Capsule. Wear appropriate clothing and sunscreens with the highest sun protection. This is due to the risk of skin cancers that are malignant when you undergo the use of immunosuppressive therapies. This medication can cause diarrhea. Tell your doctor if you suffer from diarrhea that lasts more than a day. If you require any vaccines, you must consult your physician before undergoing the shots.
