If you are allergic to Tacrolimus or any other component of this medication, do not take this Tacroren 0.5mg Capsule. Moreover, inform your doctor if you are allergic to another antibiotic. You must tell your doctor if you have ever suffered from liver or heart disease before beginning treatment. After taking this medicine, if you experience a fever, skin bruising (which may look like red dots), unexplained exhaustion, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, decreased urine output, vision loss, or seizures, get in touch with your doctor as soon as possible. When taking Tacroren 0.5mg Capsule, minimize exposure to direct sunlight and UV radiation by wearing suitable protective attire and applying sunscreen with a high SPF. This precaution is necessary due to the possible risk of skin cancer associated with immunosuppressive therapy.
