Tacroren 1mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Tacrolimus, a potent immunosuppressant in the calcineurin inhibitor class of drugs. This medication is used in conjunction with other medicines to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs in patients undergoing liver, kidney, heart, or other types of transplant procedures. Additionally, Tacroren 1mg Capsule helps modulate the body’s immune response, allowing it to accept the transplanted organ and promote a successful transplant outcome. If you are allergic to Tacrolimus or any other component of this medication, do not take this Tacroren 1mg Capsule. Moreover, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any other antibiotic group. You must tell your doctor if you have liver or heart disease before starting treatment. You should immediately contact your doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms after taking this medication: a fever, bruising under the skin (which may appear as red dots), unexplained tiredness, confusion, yellowing of the skin or eyes, reduced urine output, vision loss, or seizures. When taking Tacroren 1mg Capsule, minimize exposure to direct sunlight and UV radiation by wearing protective clothing and applying sunscreen with a high SPF. This is due to the possible risk of skin cancer associated with immunosuppressive therapy. Additionally, this medication may cause diarrhea, so inform your doctor if it persists for more than a day.
