Tacsant 1mg Capsule is a source of the active ingredient Tacrolimus. It is an immunosuppressant and belongs to the category of drugs referred to as calcineurin inhibitors. This capsule is utilized in conjunction with other medications to prevent rejection of organ transplants for those receiving kidney, liver heart, transplants. It can also manage your body’s immune system, allowing it to take in the newly transplanted organ.
Do not take Tacsant 1 mg Capsule if you are allergic to Tacrolimus or one other ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor if you are intolerant to any antibiotic group. Inform your physician if you are suffering from or have had a heart or liver disease before starting the treatment. Contact your physician immediately when you experience increased temperature, swelling under the skin (which can be seen as red spots), and unresolved tiredness. Confusion or discoloration of the skin or eyes, decreased urine production, decreased vision, and seizures after taking the medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light when taking Tacsant 1mg Capsule. Do this by wearing appropriate clothing that protects you from UV light and sun with an influential sun protection factor. This is due to the risk of skin cancers that are malignant when you undergo treatment for immunosuppression. The medicine can cause diarrhea. Tell your physician if you suffer from diarrhea that lasts more than a few days. If you require any vaccinations, consult your doctor before taking the shots.
