Tacstead 0.5mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Tacrolimus, a potent immunosuppressant that belongs to the calcineurin inhibitor class of medications. This capsule is used in conjunction with other medications to prevent the rejection of transplanted organs in people who have undergone liver, kidney, heart, or different types of transplant surgery. Additionally, it helps regulate the body’s immune response, allowing it to accept the transplanted organ and prevent rejection. If you are allergic to Tacrolimus or any ingredients in this medicine, do not consume this Tacstead 0.5mg Capsule. Also, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotic group. Before starting treatment, let your physician know if you have a liver or heart disease history.
Further, alert your physician immediately if you encounter any of the following symptoms after taking this medicine: fever, subcutaneous bruising (which may appear as red dots), unexplained fatigue, confusion, jaundice of the skin or eyes, reduced urine output, vision loss, or seizures. When taking Tacstead 0.5mg Capsule, minimize your exposure to sunlight and UV radiation by wearing suitable protective attire and applying sunscreen with a high SPF. This is due to the possible risk of skin cancer associated with immunosuppressive treatment. Additionally, this medication may cause diarrhea; inform your doctor if it persists for more than a day. Before receiving any immunizations, consult with your physician.
