TAMLOCEPT 0.4MG CAPSULE

Tamlocept 0.4mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Tamsulosin. This is an antagonist of the alpha-adrenergic system, which is commonly used for the treatment of men with benign prostate hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) that causes difficulties in urinating, painful bladder, frequency of urination, and urgency. It can also be used to decrease muscle tension in the prostate and the urethra. It is part of the class of drugs known as alpha-blockers. They work by relaxing muscles of the bladder and prostate so that urine flows freely.
Don’t take this medication when you are allergic to Tamsulosin or the other ingredients in this medication or if you experience angioedema (swelling because of reactions to an allergic reaction) following the use of some drugs. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from a severe liver infection. Also, inform your doctor that you are experiencing dizziness or if you’ve felt unwell while urinating or after you urinate (micturition syncope).
If you’re planning to undergo cataract surgery or surgery to treat glaucoma, inform your doctor that you are taking or have recently been taking Tamlocept 0.4mg Capsules. Be cautious in the event of a severe impairment to renal function, as there isn’t enough evidence from studies of those suffering from severe renal impairment. If you experience nausea or dizziness, it’s best to lie down or sit down until you notice the disappearance of these symptoms. Inform your doctor in the event of a decrease in blood pressure after long-term usage.
