TBIS 0.1% OINTMENT

Tbis 0.1 % Ointment is a source of the active ingredient Tacrolimus. This immune suppressant is part of the group of medicines known as calcineurin inhibitors. It is prescribed for treating moderate to severe Atopic skin rashes (eczema) for adults who cannot use other treatments for their condition or aren’t responding to other treatments. It stops the immune system by preventing it from producing substances that could cause eczema.
Don’t take Tbis 0.1% Ointment if you are allergic to Tacrolimus or one other ingredient in this medication. Inform your doctor if you have an allergy to any antibiotics. Inform your physician if you’ve suffered or experienced a liver problem, skin problem, cancer, or have a weak immune system. Contact your doctor right away if you notice swelling, fever, or bruising on the skin (which could look like a red dot) or if you experience unavoidable fatigue, confusion, or swelling of the skin, eyes, decreased amount of urine produced, loss of vision and seizures following the use of the medication.
Reduce exposure to UV and sunlight light when you consume Tbis 0.1 % Ointment by wearing protective clothing and sunscreens with the highest sun protection. This is due to the possibility of developing malignant skin conditions due to the use of immunosuppressive therapies. Avoid applying this lotion to the affected areas if lesions are infected. When you see any changes to the look of your skin, contact your doctor immediately. This medication is not recommended for children under 16 years old.
