Terifrac Solo 600mcg injection is a synthetic form of parathyroid hormone (PTH) made by parathyroid glands and used to treat osteoporosis. People who are known to have allergy or sensitization or reaction to Terifrac Solo 600mcg injection or any of its components should not take the medication. It is not recommended for people who have any history of skeletal malignancies like osteosarcoma or suffering from bone metastases. If the patient has undergone prior radiation therapy that affected the skeleton, treatment is not recommended due to the possibility of developing osteosarcoma.
