It can also treat adult patients suffering from moderately active to severe ulcerative colitis.
Another application for Tofajak 5mg tablet is ankylosing spondylitis (inflammatory spinal disease). It can also be utilized to treat polyarticular juvenile arthritis, which is a chronic disease that causes swelling and pain in joints for patients who are two years old and older. The medication works by reducing the activities of the immune system. Tell your doctor if you are suffering from a severe tuberculosis infection, active blood infections, or liver issues. Don’t take Tofajak 5 mg tablet if you are sensitive to tofacitinib or any other ingredient of this medication.
