Xolnic 4mg injection is a potent chemical Zoledronic Acid. It is part of the class of compounds known as bisphosphonates. It’s used to lower the calcium content of the blood of adult patients when it is excessively high due to the presence of tumors. Tumors may accelerate regular bone changes to the point where the transfer of calcium from the bone increases. This is known as hypercalcemia caused by tumors (TIH). It can also be utilized to avoid bone-related complications for adult patients suffering from bone metastases caused by cancerous solid tumors (spread by cancer cells from their original site into the bones) as well as the standard treatment for cancer.
The Xolnic 4mg injection dose is also used to treat or prevent osteoporosis (a condition where the bones are weak and thin and can break easily) for women who have gone through menopausal changes. It can also be utilized to prevent osteoporosis in males. It’s used to treat Paget’s disease of bones (a condition where the bones are weak and soft and can be distorted, painful, or fractured). Don’t take this medication if you are allergic to zoledronic acids, a different bisphosphonate, or any other ingredient of this medication and when you are pregnant or nursing. The medicine is not suitable for use by adolescents and children younger than 18 years old. It is not a chemotherapy. It will do nothing to slow or stop the growth of cancer.
